want to know whether tds is deductiable against property tax paid, if we paid property tax 5000 pm and what would be the rate

12 October 2013 TDS is deducible only on rent amount excluding service tax portion u/s 194-I @10%

If you are paying property tax directly to govt. then no TDS.

If you are paying same to landlord then TDS u/s 194I.
