1 )the trust is making payment to an individual( ragu ) for maintaining training team but he is not covered under payroll. can the Trust treat him (ragu) as contractor and deduct tds at the rate of 2% ..... 2) since payee(ragu ) is an individual can the trust deduct at the rate of 1%....
