TDS u/s 194J (Legal & Prof. Services) What is the due date for payment of TDS for the month of June 2010 in case the company's year end is June. Will it be 7th Jul 2010 or else.....

It does not matter year ends on 31st March or 30th Jun, as far as TDS payment for June is concerned. The due date shall be 7th July only. If the payment has been made for professional services in any month, then TDS has to be deposited within 7 days from the end of relevant month.
