As on 31st March, 2010 (last date of accounting year), our company has credited professaional fees of Rs. 50000/- and paid Rs. 45000/- after deducting TDS of Rs. 5000/- as on 31st March, 2010. Now which is the due date of payment of TDS? - 7th April, 2010 or 31st May, 2010. In my opinion its due date is 31st May, 2010. Am i right?
