27 June 2009 Is TDS U\S 194 C, can be effected , if a contractor supplies water in tankers.

27 June 2009 If contractor is just charging the freight to supply the water then it is subject to TDS...otherwise it will be sale transaction. However, you have to see other norms of the government to sell the water.
