If any vat amount is included in an invoice raised by a subcontractor for AMC CONTRACT, shall any tds to be deducted on total value of invoice including vat or excluding vat?

11 July 2013 Yes TDS need to deduct on gross bill value u/s.194C. so need to deduct inclusive of VAT
