12 July 2011 A CLEARING HOUSE AGENT IS PAYING THE TRANSPORTATION CHARGES ON OUR BEHALF AND PAN NO MENTIONED ON AGENT BILL BUT AGENT IS NOT A TRANSPORTER SHOULD WE DEDUCTED THE TDS OR NOT AF AGENT.................

13 July 2011 In GTA if PAN is provided than no TDS will be deducted but here agency service is provided so TDS is required to deduct.....
