our CHA (Custom house agent)charges bill for providing clearing & forwaring services. In his bill he charges transporation charge without service tax, on rest of the components he charges service tax. we deducts tds on rest of the components + servcie tax. my query is whether we need to deduct tds on transportation charges also?
