As there is no TDS Dedcution on Transportation if Pan No is Provided. Is it necesary to upload the detail with NSDL for the same. if yes reason for low TDS will we what? or only copy of PAN No is provided to CA at the time of Audit will do.

Yes now it is necessary to upload transporter details even if no deduction is made. You have to show 'T' in the 'Reasons for deduction' column.
