TDS on training fess

we have to pay Training fees Rs48,000 to "Registered Public Charitible Trust" (Named as "Freinds of Moral Re-Armaments(India)"
they have mentioned PAN no. on bill.
Will 194J be applicable for that or will be exempted ? Kindly Guide us.

08 February 2011 Unless they have any specific VALID TDS exemption certificate, TDS will be deducted under section 194J in normal course.
