The client has made a payment of Rs.75000/- to society of Indian automobile manufacturer for organising TECHNEX. The same is debited to Training fees. Whether TDS is to be deducted on the same. OR The same can be debited to conference expeenses.

Yes, Cliet has to deduct TDS. But before that client has to enquire with the organiser about any tax exemption certificat or any certificate of lower deduction. I am of the opinion that Tds of Contract will be applicable.
