hi, If the bill given by the subcontractor for the work done, is included bifurcation towards material amout and labour amount, on which amount company needs to deduct TDS. pls advise

If a contractor submit one bill bifurcating material amount and labour amount seperately, Tas has to be deducted on whole amount of BIll
BUt if he raises two bill one for material nad other for labour, in that case tax has to be deducted on labour bill only
