can any boby tell me that is tds applicable on service tax mentioned in the bill?? a)in case of rent bill.
b)in case of professional.
c)or in any other case

01 January 2009 In case of Rent - TDS is deductible on rent exclusive of service tax - Circular No. 4 dated 28.04.2008.

However there was no such provision in case of section 194J.
