27 August 2009 Whether TDS on Hiring Charges are to be deducted on the entire invoice value (incl service tax) or shall be only on the basis of the basic value?? Please advice..

27 August 2009 TDS has to be deducted on the entire amount except on rent payable to land lord, in view of specific clarifivation by the board.
