Please clarify wether in case sea freight paid to agent company (registered in india) of NR shipping co. Then
Tds u/s 195 will be deducted or not.

TDS Not Deducted because its is a fright payment and get Reimbursable Invoice from Agent with Sea fright Port Invoice
