22 May 2015 Dear sir/madam, we have a client whose salary tds is not deducted by company even though salary exceeded exemption limit.he did not received form 16 from company.he paid advance tax more than required.he want to show his actual salary.so whether tds payable on salary can be set off againt excess advance tax paid or he has to ask the company to deduct tds on salary and get form 16?

He obviously have to show his actually salary na..whats the issue with that
