my one of friend receive 250000 salary and interest 50000 from his employer..he receive interest coz he deposited his past years salary with his employer..my question is employer need to deduct tds and whether interest is also consider as part of salary??

Interest not to be considered as part of Salary. On Salary TDS needs to be deducted u/s 192 and on interest TDS needs to be deducted u/s 194A.
