The threshold limit u/s 194I is 180000 pls let me know is there any single payment limit for the same?

09 September 2017 There is no single payment limit in sec.194I. Its total amount yearly Rs.1.8 Lakhs

09 September 2017 Normal TDS rate is 10%
From 1.6.2017,individual /HUF (not covered under Tax Audit) paying rent to a resident exceeding Rs 50,000 per month are also liable to deduct TDS @ 5%.This is amendment from 2017 budget
