06 May 2013 we are pvt ltd company taken a house for rent from NRI, we are paying the rent rs 25000/-Pm

now i requesting you to kindly guide me to deduct TDS on rent U/s 194I or any other alternative is there ?

16 July 2013 TDS need to deduct u/s.195 non resident case. and rate is 10% if pan available otherwise 20%
