person having two different property's on different locations and both the property's are let out for single tenant, on which rent paid on each property does not exceed Rs.1,20,000/- P.A.but the aggregate rent paid exceeds Rs.1,20,000/- P.A.
whether the tenant was liable to deduct TDS or not?
