one of our client is paying Rent 18000 per month to senior citizen as per agreement...Senior citizen is not having any other income Shall i take declaration under section 197A for non deduction of TDS? In which form shall i furnish?

Senior citizen can file declaration under Form 15G. Please refer Section 197A(1C) for details. If you stll have any query then send me a message, most welcome.
