My company entered into lease agreement with the lessor and deducting tax on rent as agreed.. Now he has included Maintenance 3/- per sft. Whether we are required to deduct tax on maintenance or not....

01 October 2013 In my opinion no tds on maintenance charges wait for the other's opinion as well....

01 October 2013 in my opinion tds should be deducted for maintanance charges also

if suppose if there is any seperate agreement for maintanance charges it would be come under 194C
