tds on reimburement of expense

11 January 2011 i have made arrangement with one party for arranging tours for my distributors in which he organise for following services and reimburse it.whether tds will be applicable and if yes in which section?

ticket booking
stay
meals
sight seeing
Visa services

11 January 2011 if original bills for all the heads (mentioned in your query), is being attached with his statement, then it is regarded as reimbursement of exp & hence NO TDS.

If no separate attachments are provided, TDS under 194C will apply
