I have to make a payment to a Foreign company in Mauritius for annual club fees of USD 12500.00. I want to Know whether any tax is deductible on such payment & at what rate? Any provision of Tax treaty with Mauritius is applicable?

TDS is not applicable as it is not an income arising or accruing in India. Nevertheless, you need to follow 15CB procedure as prescribed vide Notification 67/2013 dated 02.09.2013.
