Dear Experts, We have purchased the flat Rs. 6250000 and builder has also charge other fees like electricity installation charges. Maintenance charge. Parking development charges. Pls let me know whether 1% TDS will be deduct only on flat amount I.e. 6250000 or inclusive above stated other charges as well,
