22 March 2012 We have to deduct TDS 10% on Professional & technical service u/s(194J)
Does it includes:
a) Fee for drafting the writ petition
b)Fee for filling Caveat in court and
c) Fee for appearances.
All of above or only C) i;e Fee for appearances
please suggest.
