dear all,
i have a case where in tax has been deducted for prof services of rs. 49000 for fees of 490000u/s 194j. now while filing the return can i claim expenditure from this fees like salaries etc, and as a result of which claim refund of the tax deducted.

Yes....It is your business income and you can claim expenditure as mentioned above by you.
