Thanks for prompt reply, i want to share that i had read somewhere that TDS rate of 25.75%(Including Cess)will apply for F/y 2013-14 in case assessee is not having PAN. Is this right or not ?

30 May 2013 That is correct. If you don't have the PAN of the deductee then TDS @ 20% + Cess.
