TDS on Printing &Stationery

03 April 2010 generally TDS is not deducted on a stationery bill nor a person who say supplies and bills T-Shirts to a company.But in case if the stationery (say Letter head) and T-Shirt supplied has a company logo engraved on it will that stationery bill or supplier bill who supplied T-shirt is liable to TDS?

05 April 2010 Work does not include manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.

So if this condition is satisfied no TDS liable
