TDS on Printing

08 March 2010 Dear Experts,
I want to Know that is TDS applicable on printing(eg. Letter head,banner,Inwards register,etc) when part charge Vat on it I really confuse on it because there is some when say that this is applicable under TDS but some one said that there is no TDS on this type of Entry.
Plz suggest me.

08 March 2010 Work w. e. f. 01.10.2009 does not include manufacturing or supplying a product according to the requirement or specification of a customer by using material purchased from a person, other than such customer.

So if the above is fulfilled then no need to deduct TDS
