Dear Sir,
we are paying freight charge to container corporation of India Limited for transport of our goods by railway.
My question is weather TDS is applicable on those payment made to CONCOR for railway freight if not can u provide the provision of this act.
Please reply ASAP

No TDS is required to be made in view of section 194C(6) on freight.
