Can u please tell me that if i (private company) is making payment to a hospital for the medical treatment of our employee and later on we recovered the amount from employee then whether liability for deducting TDS arises while making payment to the hospital or not?

But if payment is made by TPA's then TDS will be deduced as per notification, then why TDS will not be deducted if payment made by a private company.

The company is not booking any expenses in the books of account and since TDS should be deducted on the expenses only TDS not applicable.
