Please clarify.i have got a number of answers for this question which is different in all cases.Please clarify whether to be deducted or not with proper supporting like circular or case law!!!

hie Dharmistra Tank there is no provision in income tax to deduct tax on internet in which head you will deduct tax so in my opinion tds is not to be deducted
