Am I liable to deduct TDS on interest paid to relative? If yes what is the procedure to deduct and remit? I am an individual and do not have TAN number

Is the loan is taken for bussiness or pursonal purposes

If loan is taken for bussiness purpose and the books of accounts of the business gets audited last year than you will be liable for TDS otherwise not
