06 April 2011 pvt. ltd company has taken deposit from proprietory concern of Nepal.The co is giving interest on such deposits ( 45000 app.TDS U/S SEC 195 IS 20%. IS THIS RATE APPLICABLE. PAN NO. OF THE PARTY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN TDS RETURN DUE TO NEPALI CITIZEN pan no. pLS LET ME KNOW HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER

07 April 2011 The rate is correct if there is no PAN.You fill the column of no PAN and automatically the the rate shall come to 20%.
