I am having Interest income from a bank which is above 10000 for the F.Y 2009-10. But I have not deposited 15G and bank had deducted TDS. Can I claim it while filing the return????

Yes. through filing Income tax return for the FY-2009-10 , You can claim TDS

If u r an individual, u should have filed the return by now, as the last date was 31.07.10 (extended to 04.08.10).
If yes, u can file a revised return to claim the TDS.
