TDS on Inter unit Labour charges

06 May 2010 Hi to all,

The company having two units one of them is Taxable (as it is trading & other is 100% EOU located in SEZ)

If Taxable unit provides some labour works to other unit for which they charge some Labour charges.

My point is whether TDS provision has been applicable
