Tds on incentive

please let me know whether TDS is to be made on incentive (giving to employee) or not..

07 April 2015 Yes TDS is required to be deducted from incentive payment to employees as per provision of Section 192.

07 April 2015 when you give to employee than include in salary income and deduct the tds accordingly
