Dear all We Import material (Purchase Import) one Vendor from abroad 7 and above time any tds applicabe in his payment we doing tt in Advance?

Since you are importing material only if your seller is having any permananent establishment in India as per Section 195 of the Act TDS is applicable otherwise TDS is not applicable.
