As per sec 194C of income tax act from the person having less than ten truck we are required to take pan no. and declration.
I m working in a rice Sheller and we also deal with person having one truck and also not having PAN, then in that case how I can go with the the provisions of law. Thanks in advance

Dear pan no. is compulsory otherwise deduct TDS @ 20%, no benefit available. To avail the benefit of non deduction of TDS it is mandatory to have the PAN no of transporter.
