Dear All,
Ours is private limited compnay, i want to know whether should i deduct TDS on supply of motor pump (fixed asset) with installation charges?

Since this a purcahse contract, NO TDS will be applicable.

If the installlation charges are being invoiced sparatly then deduct TDS u/s 194C on those charges bills only. If the invoice amount include everything, then TDS is required to be deducted on the entire amount.
