Tds on exhibition expenses

26 June 2013 If i made expenses towards the exhibition charges and paid to
a agency outside india will attract provisions of tds and if TDS not made will my expense get disallowed

26 June 2013 yes they attract TDS to be deducted.

Second, if TDS is not deducted the same will be disallowed.
