AS per Sec-194C, TDS should be deduct 1% in case of "Individual and HUF" and 2% for "Others". My doubt is Firms falling under which category either in "Individual & HUF" category or "Others" category?

PARTNERSHIP FIRMS ARE COVERED UNDER OTHERS i.e 2% IS APPLICABLE..
