06 September 2011 If i get vendor bill for Container repair where material and labour bifurcated seperately then TDS will be applicatlbe on labour only or on total amount ?

06 September 2011 TDS is to be deducted U/s 194C on the bill excluding the value of material if such value is mentioned separately.

TDS will be applicable on labor only
