Tds on Clearing & Forwarding Agent

21 February 2011 Sir, My question is my clearing & forwarding agent give me a separate bill for rembrushment of Custy Duty and also issue a bill for forwarding, documentation,etc bill than I deduct tds on forwarding, documentation ,etc bill @ 2%

21 February 2011 If seperate bill is raised for reimbursement of expenses, no TDS should be deducted on that bill
