07 July 2016 hi... can anyone pls tell me whether tds applicable on all cargo charges or on cargo charges where ST has been charged? if so why? thank you

07 July 2016 TDS to be deducted on Cargo charges u/s 194C. TDS to be deducted on amount excluding Service Tax.
