can any one tell weather TDS attracts on amount paid to Hotel towards Buffet Lunch. The Bill is Like this

310 paxs Rs. 296642/-
50 Kids Buffet Rs. 19103/-
6 Soda Rs. 360/-

Total amount Rs. 316140
Service charge Rs. 15806
Service tax Rs. 28713
V.A.T Rs. 52296
Net amount RS. 412957.
If it so, Please give me any reference.
