Tds on advance salary which was paid on between months

Please clarify when TDS will attract on Advance salary if the payment is made between months in same financial year.

14 March 2014 Treat the amount given as advance and book monthly salary as it is adjust advance against it. At the time of booking salary book tds and pay accordingly
