21 April 2011 Dear All,

If a person deducts n deposit tax of mine n issue me a tds certificate but didnt file tds return then what should i do to get refund..

plz help.

21 April 2011 unless.. he files the TDS return, the IT deptt will not give you the tax credit. Hence, you must insist him to file the TDS return or on the basis of the TDS certificate, you can complain to the IT deptt for the same.

21 April 2011 Thanks......but at time of depositing tax that person do not have tan no....now what to do

21 April 2011 Even if he got his PAN later, he can file the TDS return now....
