11 September 2012 Hi,

My company has completed the statutory audit for the f.y 2011-12. But one TDS amount(in respect of bank interest) was missed to be accounted in the books. Now, while filing IT return, can that TDS credit be taken. If no can the credit be taken during the current year. Also, since the TDS certificate has mentioned the year 2011-2012, can the credit be taken during the current year?

Awaiting clarification.

11 September 2012 if you donot have make the entry in the books of accounts then no problem, sure you can calim the tds credit while file the itr for the finacial year2011-12.
